Terms & Conditions

All guests MUST present original government issued photo ID at the check-in time in order to have access to the property.

If guests are expecting visitors during their stay, they MUST be registered with management by presenting government issued photo ID before being allowed access to the premises.

NOTE:

• If the number of visitors staying overnight surpasses the maximum number of people allotted to the space, an additional Rs. 4000 per night surcharge will be applied.  E.g. (The unit reserved has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests & Kids. You have a visitor that has decided to stay overnight. That is a 3rd party in a 2 party suite. As a result Rs. 4000 charge will apply.)
• All Suite rooms are Non Smoking Room; guests are requested to smoke outside or in the Pool area.
• No inhouse or outside food allowed inside the Suite Room
• As the food strains are difficult to remove, any spillage of food on the Mattress/ Duvet/ Cushions/ Blankets/ Sofa/ any fabric will be charged @ Rs. 3000 as surcharge.

Swimming Pool Safety Rules

The Following rules & regulations have been established for the benefit of all users of the Swimming pool to assure the safe operation of the pools & to provide enjoyable recreational opportunities for all. Patrons are requested to cooperate in following these rules. Patrons violating these rules are subject to Danger at their own risk & hotel staff or management will not be responsible in any manner what so ever be the reason.

1. Shower With Soap & Water before entering the Pool
2. Please do not Jump or Dive as the pool height is only 4 feet
3. Persons under the influence of Alcohol or medications are strictly prohibited to enter the Pool area
4. Pregnant women & Elderly persons to be cautious & should consult Doctors before using the Pool
5. Person with Heart Disease, Diabetes, Blood Pressure or any serious illness should consult Doctors before using the Pool
6. Persons with Skin disease, respiratory infection are strictly prohibited to enter the Pool (Penalty @ Rs. 5000/-)
7. No Animals or pets are allowed to enter the pool area & pool water (Penalty @ Rs. 5,000)
8. Persons with open lesions or wounds are prohibited to enter the pool
9. Never Swim Alone
10. Always Supervise Children when they're in the Water
11. Don't Play Breath-Holding Games, Running or any type of games in the pool area
12. Kids to Wear Life Vest always
13. Stay Away from Pool Drains
14. Please ensure no food particles are spilled in the water (Penalty @ Rs. 3,000/-)
15. Please do not use soap or oil near or inside the Pool (Penalty @ Rs. 3,000/- )
16. Please switch off lights in the night to avoid insects’ attraction
17. Always use the latch/ Tower bolt to lock the swimming pool access door from inside the room to avoid kids using the swimming pool without your attention.
18. Do not use the pool beyond 8 pm
19. All Guests to sign the declaration form individually & requested to abide by the rules.
20. Guests are requested to take utmost care by themselves. Since it’s a private swimming pool no life guard will be available. Hotel Management or its Staffs wont be responsible for any accidents in the pool area.

I understand that if I fail to comply with the terms, I will be liable for suitable action as per the rules and regulations. I undertake that I will strictly follow the rules and regulations.
