Property Policy

Please present the original photo ID with address of all the guests staying above 5 years at the time of check-in

Check in time: 2 pm, Check outtime: 11 am (early check-in & late check-out is chargeable & subject to availability)

Respect the privacy and tranquility of fellow guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum

Only registered guests have accessto the room; no Visitors are allowed inside the roomsfor any reason whatsoever

Extra Person allowed (subject to approval only) with Charges Rs. 2,999 + 18% Tax per day

If Kids above 7 years or extra person not declared in Online/ Offline Booking Voucher, the same will be charged extra at the time of check-in as per the extra person policy

Per day Kids Charge: 7 to 11 Yrs.- Rs. 2500 + Tax, 12 & above – Rs. 2999/- + tax

No pets are allowed inside the rooms

Outside food not allowed inside the resort premises

Apart from Complementary Water Bottle or Food, others will be charged extra

Smoking inside the rooms will attract a penalty of Rs 3000/-, as we need to ensure the room smells fresh for the next guest

Please avoid Smoking & Drinking in the common areas especially when kids are around

Food/ Cosmetic/ Blood strains on the fabrics will attract a penalty of Rs 3000/-, as the fabric wouldn’t be suitable for refusing to next guest

For Room Cleaning & Service, kindly hand over the room Keys/ Card at reception

Cancellation shall be made 7 days priorto yourscheduled arrival date, else the full amount will be forfeited

Asthis place issurrounded by nature vegetation, trees & plants, kindly keep the Doors closed to avoid mosquitoes, insects, lizards, so on.

Kindly Switch OFF the swimming pool area lights when you are not using to avoid Insects

Charges will be levied for any breakage/loss of Hotel’s items on actuals

Please do not Jump or Dive as the pool height is only 4 feet

No lifeguard will be available in the Swimming Pool Area

To enjoy the stay, Guests are requested to take utmost care by themselves in the private pool & ladder. “Hotel Management & its Staffs won’t be responsible for any carelessness inside the room

Lift Service is not available.

Please give us 1 Hr time to prepare & serve you tasty & healthy food We avoid Frozen food items & make Fresh food upon your order only

Swimming Pool Safety Rules

The Following rules & regulations have been established for the benefit of all users of the Swimming pool to assure the safe operation of the pools & to provide enjoyable recreational opportunities for all. Patrons are requested to cooperate in following these rules. Patrons violating these rules are subject to Danger at their own risk & hotel staff or management will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever be the reason

Shower With Soap & Water before entering the Pool.

Please do notJump or Dive as the pool height is only 4 feet.

Persons under the influence of Alcohol or medications are strictly prohibited to enter the Pool area

Pregnant women &Elderly personsto be cautious &should consult Doctors before using the Pool.

Person with Heart Disease, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, or any serious illness should consult Doctors before using the Pool

Persons allergic to Chlorine, Skin disease,respiratory infection or wounds are advised to care themselves

Always Supervise Children when they're in the Water

Don't Play Breath-Holding Games, Running or any type of gamesin the pool area

Stay Away from Pool Drains

Please ensure no food particles are spilled in the water

Please do not use soap or Shampoo inside the Pool

Always use the latch/Tower bolt to lock the swimming pool access door from inside the room to avoid kids using the swimming pool without your attention.

Do not use the pool beyond 9 pm

Guests are requested to take utmost care by themselves. Since it’s a private swimming pool, no lifeguard will be available. Hotel Management or its Staffs won’t be responsible for any accidents in the pool area.
